      Pros

      Fantastic team who are friends rather than colleagues. Good exposure to senior people to really learn from those who really know what they are doing.

      Cons

      None to think of. I've had some great experiences since joining. I've had a few really busy clients but have learnt loads.

      Pros

      Strong focus on company culture and work life balance, great internal team activities such as spa / golf days, parties. Provided autonomy and trust in ways of working. Significant annual bonus and opportunities to get involved in developing the business such as through DE&I, sustainability and the PEN trust

      Cons

      Recently acquired by Wavestone (mid-sized french consultancy) so will be merged into their UK business, yet to see how this will impact upon the business.
