      -Nice benefits -M-F job -Kind managers and co-workers

      Cons

      -Low pay -Drama -Was told their was a compensation for a Bachelor's degree but you only get it when you are hired. They don't comp you if you get your degree while working there.

      Awesome place and people - complex and large finance operation and balance sheet yet still small enough to make an impact and build up solutions from the ground floor - creative place!
