Pros

I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a positive, supportive, and rewarding workplace. The company provides an excellent working environment where employees are encouraged and given opportunities to grow professionally and personally. One of the standout qualities of the company is its strong employee engagement planning. Management consistently organizes exciting activities, staff appreciation events, training programs, and open communication sessions that help employees feel valued and motivated. These initiatives create a positive culture, strengthen teamwork, and improve collaboration across departments. The leadership team genuinely cares about employee well-being and career development, which makes the workplace both inspiring and enjoyable. Colleagues are friendly, cooperative, and always willing to support one another, creating a strong sense of belonging within the organization. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience working here, and I would confidently recommend my friends and others to join this company if they are looking for a workplace that truly values its people and promotes long-term growth and engagement.

Cons

I also believe the new leadership team and HR department are moving in a positive direction and have the potential to improve some of the rigid policies that were implemented previously. In the past, certain policies were difficult to understand, and clear explanations were not always provided. However, with the new management approach, there is hope for more transparency, better communication, and policies that are more practical and employee-friendly.
