      Pros

      Very flexible management and relaxed environment. I honestly wouldn’t leave if it wasn’t for a need for more competitive pay

      Cons

      The role says Account Executive, but the role is really project manager and doesn’t pay according to a typical PM’s salary. They have phased out fully remote work and possibly unlimited PTO, which is a shame.
