Positive group culture overshadowed locally by poor management and toxicity - Design Engineer PERI Employee Review

Company is very badly managed in Iberia. Both the Managing director and HR are manipulative and deceptive. Overall the culture is toxic and people are constantly complaining everyday, the whole day. They are not open to negative feedback and insist on a false positive storyline and covering up any complaints.
