Pros
Young staff being brought in to try and take the company to the next level of design, development, and engagement.
Cons
The company is run by it's leadership with an iron fist. Despite any best practices they dictate to teams what to do and when to do it. Feigning an open and collaborative approach, the company has continuously lost talent due to their inability to let anyone else bring insight or help shape new products or projects with their own knowledge and expertise. Additionally the company likes to show off their "cool" interior as a way to encourage the younger talent to flock to their doors but, upon taking a closer look, you will see that the owners use a red, yellow, and green light signal to tell all employees if they are "allowed" to take a break and actually use any amenities around the office. To take this dictatorial view further, the owners installed a bar for beer and throwing events within their space to show off new, untested, unrefined products, as a way to boost their image (see "ego"). The bar was put in and only utilized by their haughty and condescending marketing team, who were further allowed to do what they want wherever they wanted, instead of working together with other internal groups. I'd advise to stay away unless you enjoy being told to leverage outdated product ideas that are based in business jargon and no actual numbers of ROI, or make feature decisions based on research conducted 10+ years ago.
