If you enjoy inconsistency, this is the place to be. The manager has no idea what she's doing and even the simplest tasks seemed almost impossible to get done. If you want to find out when you're working next two days before the new week, place to be. Co workers are extremely mean and bitter and would do anything to steal a sale, then if you confronted anyone or questioned anything management will start to retaliate. Less hours with no notice, even removed off the schedule, write ups for small mediocre things, push for goals and sales when no one comes inside the store. They will make you clean dusty shelves over and over again. The manager talks about people behind their back. In my case, I actually confronted her and was retailited against right away. My hours and days were cut to 12 hour weeks split into 2 shifts. When I put in my two weeks and CC'd my manager, her manager and HR I didn't get not ONE response. Instead, the "manager" removed me completely off the schedule without telling me and I still never got a response or call back. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.
