Pros

At the PETA Foundation, you will be working with the best, brightest, most hard-working and dedicated people in the animal rights movement. You will never be bored, you will always be challenged, and you will have supportive and fun coworkers. This is a non-profit that's run like a business. Expectations are high, but it's also very rewarding.

Cons

Work life balance is not great, hours can be long. The workload can be overwhelming, so you need to be organized, motivated, and willing to communicate with your manager.

While the workload can be stressful at times, prepping yourself with the right tools can make a big difference. As always, please let HR know if there's anything we can ever do to make you happier. We're so glad you're here!
