Pros
Lots of freedom to work on areas of interest; a lot of nice people outside of the executive team
Cons
The executive team is pretty terrible. They are vindictive and seem to perceive questions or differences in opinion as threats. I hope they become more open-minded and adapt because the cause is very important.
