Pros
you will defiantly learn alot. it's a place where you can develop your energy knowledge from seniors and also be mentored. You will also have the ability to work on special projects if picked. The work life balance at the firm is wonderful. Other consulting firms are sweat shops compared to PFC
Cons
Leadership doesn't really care about the needs of their employees. for example, as others probably have mentioned, promotion, salary increases, bonuses are basically non existent. If a promotion happens, it's not because someone deserved it, it's because they were in the position subordinate to that for "their time."
Another major con is that if you have great idea and better ways of how the business should run, they don't want to hear it and don't care about your opinion...you're junior and have to obey your ranks. major pitfall since the organization can not evolve if they are unwilling to let other's help them face the mirror.
Last major con is that you'll probably not going to meet clients...a major reason why people join a consulting firm.
Pay is also well below (30-40%) lower than IHS and other consulting firm in the space.
