Pros

The only good thing in this company is flexibility from the two Team Leaders on Level 1 Team They have loads of Level 2 onsite that are up to no use. This job is just about filling in ticket and sending it to someone else.

Cons

This company is an exploration camp, not only for the job itself but for the salary they offer. The salary is extremely low and nowhere compared to the offer market. the job is easy but if you are required to deal with over 55 calls per day + outbounds then it is exhausting. The company has no business to be paying pennies to employees, they have contract with HSE and that generates them loads of profit. Did not get to stay there long enough but as per my research, I was told that moving to different teams only gets you 2.000 euro increase on a 26000 salary and those other teams as well is just a waste of time as you do not get to learn anything other than what you had on Level 1. The two managers on level 1 team are great, other than that is just a pain in the as#.

Pros

- Pension - Holidays are Flexible (Banks Hoildays, 24 days Annual Leave, Including Force Majeure, Parenting Leave, Jury Duty & Funeral Leave) - Laya Health Care Plans. - Access to Learn Portal Courses (Cisco, Mircosoft, Docker, AWS Cloud, ITIL & More) Training + Course will be sorted by the Company. - Great Company to learn as much you can from the people onsite.

Cons

- Pay is painfully low, for what you do and the Equipment you install and look after is very pricey and requires high levels of Concentration and Responsibly as you are working within active Building Site. - At times you'll be either so stressed or burned out from this job to point, you'll need very long holiday to ground yourself and relax. - By far the biggest downside is you are not employee of PFH, you are asset like a tool in a toolbox and they will treat you as such. you are service to whatever client company they hired you out too. Funny thing is if you have issue or concern about the work within the client company they have assigned you to such as forced to do work that is out of the scope of your contract they don't care.
