This is a wonderful company to work for with amazing staff.

They tended to hire in a rush and hire the first person to show up for an interview. The remote management in Canada made work very difficult, but it was well worth the experience.

A lot of good people that try to do their best with almost nothing.

The business is part of a big group and 35 years old but seems started yesterday in a garage. No procedures, no priority, outdated software's, no tools, no space, inconclusive chats and the answer "we are busy right now" always ready. The Engineering department hide they're complete incompetency transferring the problem to the production, doesn't matter how many time you tell to the engineer that that the BOM or the drawing is wrong, next time will be the same. "Safety first" only when don't slow down the production, more than a year awaiting LOTO training, still noting, maybe next time someone get hurt.
