      - Small Company so there is not always clear next steps for career growth, but management does help identify the possible next steps and gives you the tools you need to get there - Executive Leadership can sometimes seem removed from the company

      Awesome facilities to work at, membership to Sawgrass, amazing on site workout facility, state of the art technology, amazing cafeteria and food

      Cons

      The workplace can sometimes feel cliquish, almost like high school. Management may overlook strong employees while giving more value to tenure, even when long-term employees may not always be the strongest performers.
