- hybrid x2 work from home days - never have an issue with pay - i enjoy my role - have been pretty flexible with me again it really depends with you manager

- really dependent on your manager if you have a good manager then your ok if your managers isnt the best good luck - have to go to the office 3 days

The company provides regular communication, listens to and considers new ideas and continuously encourages my growth professionally. The company understands the work-life balance and respects that. The benefits the company offers are amazing and varied. I recently took up the free eye test and money off glasses voucher. I really feel valued as employee, I know what impact I have on the business which in turn helps me support and achieve the company's long term vision. Finally, its all about the people culture within the company. The people I work with and how we all support each other within our team and department.

No company is perfect and there will always be mistakes made but it's how you use those lessons/mistakes to learn and develop so that you don't make the same mistakes. As part of a larger group, I feel that sometimes the core business has too much influence over the company with regards to processes and procedures. New technology needs to be embraced, updated and implemented quicker.
