Pros
None if you're a hard worker. If you're lazy and worthless, it's a union shop, so you'll be in heaven.
Cons
Completely worthless supervisors that do nothing but stir the pot and stair at their phones all day, while being completely clueless on how to do their jobs. Lots and lots of favoritism. Drug and alcohol use is completely ignored while on the clock, especially in machining. Dead end job with less and less business. Most new employees leave in less than a year.
