Pros
Pay during peak season is great. Lots of incentives to work there. Random cash gifts, company games, & giveaways during the holidays. You can work low hours but still make good money.
Cons
The building is designed as a microcosm of how it’s ran. The “masters” are upstairs, and the “slaves” are downstairs. Schedule changes often, making it hard to have an outside life. 6 days when busy and even during the slow season you may work everyday but only for a few hours. Management is constantly changing how things are being ran, making you constantly change how you perform based on the changes ultimately affecting your pay which is based on productivity when working in the warehouse. Turn over date is completely high, due to the company treating their employees like robots instead of humans. People with families and a life outside of the business.
