      It's not bad. Weird pay schedule, but they pay for room, food, luggage costs, etc. in addition to your pay

      Can't rely on it for consistent income.

      Pros

      Communication was great knowing what I needed to do on the assignment. During my assignment, I was taken care of being away from home for number of weeks.

      Cons

      Being new to the company, you may not get the benefits as you would when you are a veteran but when you prove yourself at your assignment, you will!
