There's a lot to say about working at PIE. Aside from an a great office environment, all of the consultants have the very best industry software, technology and marketing tools available in order to make the job as simple as possible and therefore make as much money as possible too, this is something that I've never had at any of my previous recruitment roles. I've had a well planned induction and been given support, but then been encouraged to go and work where I feel I can make the most impact and in a style that suits me, within a really simple but strong set of behaviour guidelines. The team are great and there is a real energy and buzz about the place, everyone works hard but are passionate about what they do, so there is a real fun element about it all - without it feeling forced. We've had some great days out too on the social side, my first Christmas do was a weekend in Amsterdam. Need I say more?!

I'm not sure I've seen any yet. Its recruitment at the end of the day so there's always going to be ups and downs in that respect, but PIE seem to have an answer for everything and I have never once felt that there is any problem that cant be solved. As long as you have the right attitude and desire to succeed, PIE seem to be the place to get you there
