Great medical benefits and 401k plan. Nice location. You work with many smart, talented, and driven people.
Cons
No work life balance. Company will work you to the bone. Taking a lunch break is discouraged. Being promoted from within is very difficult if not impossible. Conformist thinking People have been there so long, they lose perspective and think Pimco is the only option for a career.
