Pros

I've been with Pink Wave since 2016: I started as an entertainer and today I'm part of the office team. If a company keeps you around for 10 years and helps you grow internally, that says something. Pros -Huge personal growth: my experience as an entertainer shaped me like few other things could. I learned to adapt to constantly changing situations, to fit into new groups, and to overcome my shyness, like opening up when interacting with guests. -Real rewards: dancing in front of a packed theater is a feeling you never forget. -People: I've met so many people and built bonds that still last today. -Genuine career opportunities: I moved from the resort to the office, and now is 10 year I am working here -The challenges themselves become an advantage: overcoming them makes you grow, and it's an experience you carry with you into any job.

Cons

-The pay: to some it might seem like a downside, but people often don't consider that food, lodging, flights, and insurance are all covered. Once you add it all up, the picture changes quite a bit. -The working hours: they used to be long, but that was even before I started in entertainment. Today there are settings with more show production where you work more, and others where you don't even reach 8 hours. -Being away from home: it's true, but the team becomes your family, so it's a much better experience than you might expect.

Pros

This is a job/lifestyle that changes you to the core: the best part of it is exploring the world while meeting hundreds of people. I had the possibility to grow up in the touristic environment from my first season as sport entertainer until my lasts seasons as leader of international entertainment teams, Pink Wave helped me when I was in need of clear informations and supported me while I was in destination every step of the way. It was important, especially in my firsts seasons, to find everything arranged speaking about travels, transfers and board & lodging.

Cons

It's a job that requires a lot of energy (physically and mentally speaking) to keep up with the rhythm of a resort, that's why is dedicated especially to young people that want to take a step out of the comfort zone. Compared to other job is not easy to start from scratch because you need to focus on your human touch in order to create a good relationship with guests in a small amount of time.
