Pros

I still work here as I have bills to pay but wish I didn't. The owner has allowed the Wokes to take over and they have no idea what they are doing. They don't visit studios, they just sit in offices all day. I used to work with great people who knew what they were doing, why did you get rid of them all. After 5.30pm you can't get hold of anyone but the old people were always available to help and this is supposed to be 24hrs/365 days. I'm not sure who runs customer service nowadays but it is really bad. My friends who use the studios have had cause to make contact on numerous occasions and when they have got the Manager he has an awful attitude. They like to promote themselves as "Diverse" and "Inclusive" don't let that fool you. This company is run by white public school boys with not a person of colour in sight. I seriously cannot wait to find another job and it's not for want of trying.

Pros

Flexible schedule, little customer interaction, some free use of the rehearsal spaces, can make it a weekday only job

Cons

Not many hours, corporate doesn't really trust the techs, it's a British company so a lot of the support team works wildly different hours, doesn't seem to be any opportunities for advancement or employment beyond a contract.
