Pros
The culture is great. The company is deeply rooted in its culture. They believe that people are what makes the company great. As with any culture, sometimes the workload might get people to stray from the main reason people want to work here. Occasionally, there are meetings to get us back in to that culture mentality. The company has an aggressive expansion plan. They are originally from California but have ventured out to Chicago, Dallas, and Atlanta. There are more stores in the works including New Jersey and New York. With that being said, there is opportunity for upward movement within the company. This is a young company with lots of potential.
Cons
Paid holidays are rare. Almost non-existent. You do get paid on your hiring anniversary date and your birthday. With the company being so aggressive with expansion, there are many shoes to fill. There are some people that do not fit the culture or are just not qualified for their positions that can slip through the cracks.
