      Pros

      Co-workers are nice, they pay well and they offer a hybrid schedule. (For now as we are constantly being reminded.)

      Cons

      Money spent on growth is exponential, yet zero dollars are put into the infrastructure. Office atmosphere is drab and sad. The software is long antiquated, and severely debilitating for the employees.

      Creativity, ingenuity and resourcefulness were rewarded, customers were very happy.

      Poor financial responsibility at corporate level, impacting market success and ultimate dismantlement of the business.
