Very easy job to do if you are able to be a robot on the phone constantly
Cons
- no progression - micromanaged - the job is very repetitive, any tiny bit of extra responsibility given makes you feel like you should be so grateful for that minuscule improvement - no HR confidentiality (discussed with manager and team leader) - high turnover
