They’re experts at hiring average performers just to slash their salaries later, conveniently blaming "poor performance." Efficiency at its finest! Employee surveillance is taken to new heights here, with third-party apps tracking every move. It’s like they’re auditioning for a North Korean management award—because who needs trust when you have 24/7 monitoring? Women empowerment? Oh, absolutely. They hire women for senior roles, pay them less, and then use it as an excuse to deny junior employees good hikes. Bonus points for the motivational line: “Even your manager isn’t getting paid this much!” Truly inspiring. Ego politics among management is a daily soap opera. Forget work; just sit back and enjoy the drama—it’s probably the most entertaining part of the job. Growth and innovation? Not here. This place specializes in finding new lows for employee morale while staying stuck in the past.
