Cons
Unprofessional behaviour with employees by the Management. They doesnot release the offer for their internal employees, since i joined few years ago, they could not provide the offer letter or appointment letter though i have kept asking they just ignored. Management could not talk about the policies and procedures of the company before joining. No infrastructure, employees should make use of their own facilities. If you could not reach target, they doesnot pay you salary. This is not acceptable to ruin the career of someone. If you cant pay or you have no money then you should not hire. They pay salary only when you reach the target, you will not be aware of this policy before joining.
