Pros
The team here is one of the best I’ve ever worked within. Pre-covid, we got to travel and meet our team members from all over the world. Routine, set hour job, good for a paycheck if you have passion projects you want to focus on elsewhere.
Cons
Mindless work, especially in the support team. You’re treated as a robot, taking x amount of cases and calls every day can be extremely draining. Being treated as a human isn’t a priority for this company anymore. They used to have funds to promote people culture, that’s no more. Leadership grossly underfunds support, which is the main department that sets this company apart from others. Communication between teams is abysmal and no one really notices if you do double the work required for your job title, unless you’re in LA. This is a great job to have for a year or two, but not for someone looking for a career. My advice, go in with that mindset and you’ll make it to where you need to go in life.
