      Great team, nice coffee, mostly interesting projects

      Cons

      Management is ridiculous. Lots of long time employees have specific, individual perks that you can’t have when you’re new. Remote work is sniffed at, but some colleagues work fully remote while others can’t. Hosting and devops practice are years behind todays practice

      Großartige Kollegen, ein sehr freundliches Arbeitsumfeld und ein tolles Büro! Als Entwickler kann man hier viel lernen, wenn man Eigeninitiative zeigt.

      Cons

      Die Gehälter liegen unter dem Marktniveau. Teilweise ist der Fokus zu stark auf Features und Kennzahlen ausgerichtet.

      I liked the company values. The colleagues were really supportive.

      Cons

      The workload is unbearable and there's no real career progression in this company. Working from home is seen negatively, unless you work in the tech department.
