Pros

The pay is ok but that’s about the best thing that can be said about working here. The insurance is ok for someone just starting out but still expensive.

Cons

Working along drug addicts, working in a old building that is falling apart, a management staff that doesn’t care about anyone on the floor, constant threat of “you are replaceable”. The list goes on and on.

Pros

The Batavia location has a brand new climate controlled facility with brand new equipment and shiny new welding machines. LOTS of overtime for you incels with no life, no wife, and just the welding hand to keep you company. You can actually “improve” you’re craft and become a better MIG welder if you consider how they want you to just push and pull you’re puddles instead of using a any sort of weaving techniques /s Did I mention overtime? Like working 6 days a week overtime. 10+ hour shifts. So honestly if you need some quick cash and don’t mind dealing with manipulation and shifting quotas this place is for you! Did I mention there’s tons of overtime??

Cons

Honestly there’s so much BS going on in this place concerning corporate presence and how it’s operated that I’m kinda wondering if there’s mafia stuff going down.
