Pros

I have worked for big and small companies, and I can say confidently PJI Law has been my favorite work place. The work is the right level of challenging, and fulfilling. Most importantly the core values of the CEO, and firm align with my family’s core values. The culture of the firm (work when you work, play the you play) is very in line with my personality; efficient.

Cons

I’m very grateful to have a role at a firm that does good to the team and the clients. No cons.

Pros

I've been with the firm for almost four years, and my experience has been consistently positive. What sets PJI Law apart is its culture. Integrity, professionalism, and excellence aren't just values on paper - they're reflected in the way people work together, interact with clients, and approach every matter. High standards are accompanied by a supportive and respectful work environment that helps employees grow. Leadership leads by example, and there's a genuine focus on doing the right thing.

Cons

Because the firm values excellence, there's a strong expectation that you'll take ownership of your work from the outset.

Pros

Supportive, collaborative environment with leadership that genuinely cares about employees and company culture. Teams have a strong growth mindset, and the company invests in ongoing training, development, and employee engagement through bonuses, incentives, quarterly team builders, and happy hours. The values of professionalism, excellence, and integrity are actually lived out in the workplace, not just posted on a wall. There’s also a strong sense of stability with many experienced employees invested in the company’s future. Additional perks include a 401(k) match, great networking opportunities, free, ample parking, easy access off I-66, nearby lunch spots, and a spacious office stocked with snacks, drinks, games, and puzzles that people actually use to recharge during the day. At its core, the firm is focused on helping people through important life and business matters, which creates a strong sense of purpose across the team.

Cons

Northern Virginia commute can be challenging mid-week, EZ Pass helps, as does starting and ending day earlier.
