Work Ethics - Administrative Assistant PK Management Employee Review

There is the area manager and there is the property manager. The area manager had no respect for the property manager's position. She would take over the property manager's office as if it were her own. Her work ethic was terrible, she would spend more time on the phone with her boyfriends and family, than taking the time to train the property manager for the things that she needed to know. She was making decisions for the property that should of been left up to the property manager to make.
