      - Free lunch and snacks - Exposure to a different geography

      Cons

      - The senior leadership doesn't seem to have a vision - clearly visible in the quality of projects/ engagements they undertake. - Most of the senior leaders have been with the firm right from the beginning of their career, are not open to feedback. The culture is intrusive with lots of micromanagement. There is no culture of growth and collaboration. - There are no Subject Matter Experts to provide guidance to juniors so learning gets hampered there. - Timings are flexible they say, but one has to : 1. Finish 8.5 hours per day, 42.5 hours per week 2. Ensure they reach office by 11.00 am, else half day 3. Ensure they do not leave office before 4.45 pm, else half day.

      1) Liberty to each employee to align his goal based on organization vision 2) Independent working 3) In case of any eventualities management directly involve to see the employee / family is not land into any issue . 4) Salary disbursement on time and based on the candidates qualities and track record the CTC package is offered based on best in market practice 5) Work Life balance

      Cons

      1) New business diversion / entrance plan mapping is not done with correct processes . 2) Although the employee ( direct ) and contractual resources are working with same vision / mission but there is different treatment as like insider / outsider .
