There are a lot of opportunities in the company. You get to lay hands on exciting projects from scratch. The company has a transformational management style that encourages individuals to make decisions and hold accountabilities in their roles. For those who feels that their current role/work tasks are highly replaceable and wishes to look for a job that can offer a little push past their comfort zones for changes and growth.
Cons
Not an easy 9-5 job. Being the start-up company it is, the place has a dynamic environment that requires you to be fully capable to adapt changes by adjusting and amending strategies to react promptly to various situations. While there will be leaders in teams and departments, you will be expected to think independently - which make sense to me but might not to those who lacks work experiences.
