Multitasking skills enhancement. Continue to experience life at the grassroots level while working in the office. Receive a minimum wage salary and experience six different positions at the same time.
Cons
The boss is too ambitious for the staff to have a normal conversation with him. Core team members are often subjected to verbal abuse. No one's opinion is accepted. The so-called employee benefits are only written on the recruitment page but never reflected in the contract. All promises made to employees are never fulfilled or contracts are redrafted. Don't want to be rude but this company is a JOKE.
