The only thing I enjoyed was being with children and working with staff who actually appreciated my efforts and actually got to know me
Cons
PLASP needs managers who do not use verbal abuse in order to get their message sent across. Not once have I ever felt appreciated or acknowledged by my manager who also was completely unaware of how many years of service I contributed. I would bend over backwards for certain things that were not under my control, and not even a consideration was given for the things I have done that were completely out of my comfort zone. I never complained about anything because I tried to be such a good person even though I should have stood up for myself. I just wish I didn’t have to experience working there with heartless and inconsiderate people
