Pros
My experience was mostly in the art team, and I am lucky to have been a part of one of the most talented pool of people with a fantastic leader. The creative director is incredibly patient and kind, nurtures new talent, encourages and pushes artists to do their best. There is 0 sexism or racism or any other "ism" and the atmosphere (at least on the art team) is very friendly and open. I was very lucky to have spent 4 years there. It was an honor to work with and get to know the people.
Cons
There is always "that guy" in any company and Playstudios is not immune to this, for some reason the tolerance level is pretty high in the executives for people like that. But win some lose some, even those people are not that difficult to work around. It is only because I had to write a con that I thought of this.
