Pros

- PLAYSTUDIOS is a great place to develop a skillset. A lot of the industry veterans are working here which means that you will have a lot of opportunities to learn more and understand the genre of mobile games. - Clear career path, you always have your goals set, and (in most cases) it's obvious what should be achieved for advancing to the next, higher career levels. - Fantastic work culture, I came to HK from Europe with some concerns about a different approach (crunching, doing OT etc.) but this company doesn't mess with your life & work balance. - Friendly people. A mix of local employees and expats from around the world creates a vibrant and exciting environment. - Interesting projects, we're mainly working on one, flagship app but there's plenty to do regarding all development vectors of it. I'm speaking from a design angle but the same goes for the more tech-dependent disciplines. - Dogs! The office is 100% dog friendly.

Cons

- Process is still shaping, there are some rough edges but the company is in a transition stage where the ultimate goal is to become a fully mature organization (there are still some "start-up mentality" leftovers. - Working on a Social Casino product might not be the most exciting thing for some gaming enthusiasts.

Pros

Andrew appreciates visual quality and supports people with vision. Great leadership at the top. Savvy business owners and thinkers. Competitive Pay Fun company events and parties

Cons

Very few to think of. Sometimes at a team or project level - the number of stakeholders starts to prevent innovation
