Pros
Playstudios WAS a good place to work for a long time. Great benefits, energetic and talkative coworkers, and passable pay. If you were involved pre-IPO, you would have made at least some money on your stock grants.
Cons
The executives have a horrifying tendency toward hiring their first degree relatives and friends for important roles. It's. Really. Bad. They will hire and promote their children and siblings and drinking buddies and whoever else they deem to be a part of the in-group over people who climb the ranks organically.
