Pros
Good compensation package though you will most likely start with their starting salary if you are new to the industry (even though you have past work experiences) Great medical and dental benefits Fun company activities during post-work hours
Cons
They will expect you to answer their calls or emails even though its way past the working hours or working days thus, little work-life balance. Incompetent Immediate head who avoids meetings and just gives his tasks to the lower ranks even if its clear that its his responsibility like other regional IH do.
