I would recommend working at PLEXSYS. Employee growth, employee well-being, and communication are important to leadership. Coworkers are supportive and seem to value each person on the team.

No cons to mention at this time.

Work-life balance here is great

When compared to other contracts of similar responsibilities, but different companies within the JITTC-N, our pay is grossly lower than what it should be. We also don't get overtime, even if we work overtime hours. This is another disparity between the PLEXSYS contract and other contracts within the JITTC-N. There is also not a lot of opportunity for upward trajectory unless you're willing to move to Midwest City, OK, or Camas, WA.
