Flexible schedule, remodeled office and ability to work remote.
Cons
Management is not transparent. Benefits are costly and not as rich as others in this industry. Leadership talks badly about prior employees and those who are still employed who they hope to quit. Raises are minimal until a resignation is tendered then supposed departing employee is given a healthy raise to stay. CEO and Partners flaunt their extreme wealth but is stingy with promotions and proper raises. Once Glassdoor reviews are posted with factual statements one of the leadership members will promptly follow with conflicting reviews to attempt to change the image.
