      Ambitious and idealistic, so plenty of opportunities to contribute creatively.

      Cons

      Ambitions are sometimes too high.

      Company has some of the most passionate, mission driven folks I've had the pleasure to work with. Excellent work-life balance.

      Cons

      Career pathways/advancement in the company is limited. Career development is not a priority.
