The company gives reasonable training, but the revolving door makes it difficult to establish any baseline for success. You are faced with attrition at an alarming rate, and customer's all question that at the end of the day. You will have new hires, who come and go numerous times during your working days, and they'll constantly have to be re-trained. You'll lose business, as mistakes will happen, and nobody loses but you, as it's your customer. It's a high-stress, married to the job type of environment, where you'll be working 50-60 hour weeks.
It teaches you how to manage a business, but it's a best friend get's the good accounts type of business, and it just really isn't worth killing yourself and sacrificing your life and health for a middle of the road paying job.
