Sales are so pushy. Nobody likes getting calls from solicitors at home, so why should successful businesses like getting cold calls at work? Turnover rate is outrageous! When I started, there were 60+ people in the office and 4-5 months later, we were down to 10 at most. This company is so fast to give up on employees that work their hardest on a daily basis, just becauae their customers don't pay enough money to hit their sales goals. Also, management providing beer every Friday is extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. Some people have to get in their cars and drive home after a long, 10-hour work day (which they don't get paid overtime for).
