Pros

You'll meet some cool people but you'll mostly bond over the BS you deal with daily.

Cons

Company cares more about money than serving customers or taking care of their employees and how many dials you make regardless of how well you are crushing your quota. They hire freshly graduated college students and work them to the bone while also providing little to no resources for sales. They do not provide any technology or sales tools, just give an email and say "hustle". If you enjoy the toxic hustle culture, then you'll love it here.

Pros

The Colleagues and relationships you make with your co-workers. Building a book of business, and fast paced environment. Unlimited Growth Potential.

Cons

The direction the company is headed in and the toxicity of an everchanging management structure. As someone who spent almost a decade with PLS; I can say fully and honestly, they do not care about you. This is a company to build experience with and move on from. If you are a $20K rep for more than 6 months, after you roll out, they will move off of you. You will be terminated with no second thought--other reps will poach your clients and potentially ruin any relationships. Furthermore, management tends to play favorites--If you show growth potential, they will feed you, but the moment you fail on one opportunity--you will be turned over. This is not the job for anyone who questions their own ability and work ethic. PLS Hires in classes - they will hire 30-40 people at a time, and in 3 months, 4 to 5 people of that class will remain. The turn over is extremely high and there is no job security. Finally, even if you are a top performer, they will not hesitate to get rid of you.
