Pros

The only pros I can think of is that you will be getting lots of cold calling experience.

Cons

Where do I start... this company has got to have the highest turnover rate out of any company within the decade. And for a good reason, The volume of expectations is insane. You are required to call a minimum of 250 people per day (average for a sales roles is 25-50). You will get no actual sales experience besides cold calling. If you don't get a deal within a couple months they will fire you. Luckily I had a deal in the works so I stuck around but I wish I wouldn't have wasted my time and quit sooner.

Pros

The Colleagues and relationships you make with your co-workers. Building a book of business, and fast paced environment. Unlimited Growth Potential.

Cons

The direction the company is headed in and the toxicity of an everchanging management structure. As someone who spent almost a decade with PLS; I can say fully and honestly, they do not care about you. This is a company to build experience with and move on from. If you are a $20K rep for more than 6 months, after you roll out, they will move off of you. You will be terminated with no second thought--other reps will poach your clients and potentially ruin any relationships. Furthermore, management tends to play favorites--If you show growth potential, they will feed you, but the moment you fail on one opportunity--you will be turned over. This is not the job for anyone who questions their own ability and work ethic. PLS Hires in classes - they will hire 30-40 people at a time, and in 3 months, 4 to 5 people of that class will remain. The turn over is extremely high and there is no job security. Finally, even if you are a top performer, they will not hesitate to get rid of you.
