      Great pay, great benefits and you work remotely

      Gaslit by management, dysfunctional infrastructure, too top heavy (too many executives and management), too many issues with payroll, too much turn over, too heavy dependent on inventor investments, its a startup and all departments are siloed and every department does not talk to

      super easy job, almost never a bad experience with customers

      Cons

      part time pay is $12 per hour which is below the minimum wage and hasn't changed for a friend that has been working there for two years
