Pros
1. More laidback working environment if compared to other mnc/some glc
2. Company culture is very promoting and lots of activities can join from PLUS club
3. Salary wise is ok, not that high not also that low. Increment lately is good, nice initiative from MD and CPO
4. Bonus is good lately
Cons
1. Less career growth and career plan for long term in general
2. Can find many better salary elsewhere (mnc/glc) in the same position
3. Sometimes can be toxic, depends on the dept
