Worst Job - Anonymous employee PLX (NY) Employee Review

Can't think of any pros

Horrendous management. They all think they are so above the employees. They're all on a power trip.

A paycheck I guess, there's that. And the product is interesting and unique.

Promises of good culture made at hiring are not followed through. The CEO is honestly a monster. Says nice things in the beginning like he "cares about work life balance" but doesn't know what that even means. Managers work 60 hour weeks but are constantly berated and belittled. HIGH TURNOVER. A truly horrible experience.
