Pros
The staff is made up of some incredible, hard working people who are always willing to lend a helping hand and go above and beyond to make clients happy. Truly a super friendly bunch! In my experience, management has been excellent in guiding individual employees in their careers with PMBC and leading their teams competently. They are always open to new ideas and constructive with their criticism. Those who work hard are rewarded! This isn’t one of those companies that overlook the efforts of well-performing employees. The CEO is very good about promoting from within and keeping employees motivated. If you are used to putting in minimal effort and spending more time chatting with friends on the phone than actually working, then this is probably not the place for you.

To be honest, the commute can be brutal at times, but traffic is ever-present in Beverly Hills.
